The difficulties of separating structures that use the same imaging channel – specifically Golgi and actin – can interfere with or mask the effects of certain compounds. This app note describes a protocol that uses separate channels to acquire actin- and Golgi-stained images and allows for better detection of phenotypic changes that affects the Golgi.
